About Chloe:
My name is Chloe Glesby and I am in my 4th year of the Combined Honours in Biochemistry and Forensic Science Program at UBC. I am interested in researching the biochemical pathways, mechanisms, and molecules that are involved in inflammatory signalling. I’m working full-time in Dr. Juliar’s lab at Vancouver Coastal Health through the CO-OP program. I have experience in kidney cell culture, fluorescent microscopy, and various data analysis programs. At my current position, I am researching inflammatory cytokine signalling to discover new treatments for chronic kidney disease.
